Background/Personality
Nei always lived in the freezing cold of his lovely town, Snowpoint. Even if he's lived in that white blizzard his whole life; he still loves snow. At first, his ambitions were to have nothing but ice pokemon and to become the best ice trainer there is. He lives with his grandmother and grandfather in a small, little, cozy house in Snowpoint. He doesn't know his mother, but his father is Pokemon Researcher in Blackthorn of Johto. Time to time he and his grandpapa and/or grandmama will go over to Johto to visit his father.

Nei is a very energetic boy. His a bit spoiled(pfft a bit) since he lives with his grandparents and they let him do about anything. And... his grandparents are the kind that are always saying how cute he is and give him money and stuff when he wants. He does believe he's cute 'cause many times he's managed to use his looks to get out of trouble(and he doesn't use them just on his grandparents. orz). He loves to explore every little piece land his eyes can see. He loves making new friends and is always ready to jump into a battle. He doesn't know how to pick his fights so that's why he's prolly always getting into trouble...

Even thought Nei seems pretty easy to get along, he absolutely no friends in Snowpoint. Kids in Snowpoint don't really like him since he's spoiled and stuff. Nei currently has two friends (as of 2.12.10) Esi and Sophia . He's secretly hoping by joining this contest he make more friends. B-But kinda scared at the same time thinking what Esi would say/do since they're best friends. He values Esi opinion a lot. So it really matters what he thinks;;

Just so you know, Nei isn't part of some family where they're super rich and can get anything he wants. He can get things like a bunch of pokeballs, potions, etc. 'cause of his grandparents but not waste A BUNCH of money on them. :T His grandparents had him prove them for 3 years that he could handle some tasks before buying him a pokedex and letting go travel on his(with his father's consent of course).

Nei is always pulling some sort of trick. Why, he could be tricking you right now without you realising it! (His boots and caprices make him look taller than he really. Stand next to him and you'll see how talk he really is. XD) His pokeballs trick you too. He only shows that he has two so you think you're battling a kid with pokemon, but he'll bust out the rest of his four. >:3

And Nei is hoping to get his Pal Pad filled up. Let's see if he does.

When Nei went to Blackthorn to visit his father, he was exploring a river near the town when he saw a baby dratini getting attacked by some Poliwraths. He started chucking rocks at the Poliwraths for them to back off the Dratini, but they just started attacking him. The pokemon had broken his left arm right leg, then he had banged his head on some rocks and got knocked out. When he awoken, he was in a cave with the little baby dratini sleeping by him and Dragonair hovering over the both of them( he assumed it was the Dratini's mother) using rest on him trying to heal him, but it wouldn't heal his broken limbs. He was in cave for a couple days with the Dragonair bringing him food--err, food that only that a pokemon could eat. :'D

After a few more days after that he tried telling Dratini he needed to get home and get better(his limbs are still broken). It seemed like the little pokemon understood what he said and left immdiately. A few hours later, he woke up(he fell asleep) hearing someone talking saying "Where are you taking me little one?" etc. He wasn't sure if he was really hearing right until he saw and made eye contact with woman(CLLAAAAIIRRRR<333) followind the Dratini that has been...uh, slightly taking care of him. He was still sleepy so he wasn't really reacting(plus pain of broken limbs not getting treated has been getting worse). Last thing he heard was "Hey! You! You alright?!" and passed out again.

He woke up in the town's hospital/pokemon centre with his father near by. When he woke up everyone was asking him what happened to him, where was he, etc. After a few days in the hospital his father wanted him to go back home. He visited the little Dratini and Dragonair before he left. After saying a few words of good bye, the little Dratini tried stopping him from leaving. He kept telling it he had to leave but it kept tugging on him not to go.

Finally getting the idea for the Dratini to go with him; he asked the the mother if it was alright for him to come with him. She stared deep into his soul and-- LMFAO. I'M JUST KIDDING. No, but really, it said yeah and they left. La la la la they went home. He found out the Dratini was a girl, nicknames it, etc. THE END.

Annnddd I suck at telling stories, ryt.

Oh, oh. It holds a everstone that it doesn't evolve into a Draonite since it was a Dragonair who tried healing him; so he'd like it's baby to stay like it's mother.

OH. When he got the Dratini, he was 4-5.

He got it when he went to go visit his father again in Blackthorn. But they also went to Azalea Town to visit his grandpapa's friend, Kurt. Kurt made him special crystal balls for a early birthday present to look like a Dragonair's little ball thing on their necks. The first pokemon he had caught with them was a wild Eevee when he was exploring the forest. Then when they went back to Snowpoint it had eventually evoled into a Glaceon.

Oh! It's a shiny too.

He caught it when he was 8 and a half.

Caught it when he and his grandmama went to go watch the contests in Hearthome. He went to that rich man's prized garden and caught a Pichu there. It leveled up to a Pikachu then he used a thunderstone a couple months later turing it into a Raichu. He finally thought of a nickname when it turned into a Raichu. orz

Caught the pichu two months after the Eevee.

And this pokemon is a shiny as well.

He saw it stuck in a tree and found it odd how it was all the way in Snowpoint. The only way he could get it out of the tree with out hurting it was catching it, so he did. He caught it as a Drifloon.

Caught it a four months later after Ivysaur.
